Partnership Focused
We're working with other LGBTQ|+ community groups and businesses, as well as government organisations to create a nexus of LGBTQI+ resources and services, which build each other up and support each other so we can best provide for the community.
Intersectionality
Our mission is to find the resources needed to develop and build inclusive and supportive environments and spaces that respectfully honor our Black Indigenous People of Colour (BIPOC), our Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD), our LGBTQ1+ people. And the many other marginalized individuals, groups, and communities that need their voices to be heard.
Equity
We recognises that the services BAH provides need to be accessible to all community members across a broad range of cultural, political and social emographics. To achieve this, BAH needs to keep a business ethos of inclusivity and listen to the voices and needs of all members of the LGBTQI+ community.
Respect and Dignity
That all people, regardless of race, economic standing, culture, age,
colour or diverse sex, sexuality and gender have a right to feel safe, and be treated ethically and with due regard.

I
There is a need for spaces that are inclusive to, and are respectful of, Black, Indigenous People of Colour (BIPOC) or Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) LGBTQ1+ persons and/or groups. These spaces need to offer cultural recognition, intersectional practices and an inclusive community.
